Having undergone a complete renovation for 2025, Riviera offers modern, spacious accommodation on the water’s edge of Cala Longa, one of a series of craggy inlets, affording uninterrupted sea views along the rugged coastline and across the water to the shores of picturesque Calo Ses Dones.
A selection of restaurants, bars and local craft shops are just a couple of minutes walk and the sandy cove of Calo d’es Pou is a mere 5 minutes on foot. A leisurely evening stroll alongside the moorings of small motor and sailboats brings you to the chic marina where super yachts are moored and a good selection of fine dining restaurants will have you spoilt for choice as to where to pass those warm summer evenings.
The villa consists of 3 floors, with an open-plan dining and living area adjacent to a kitchen with modern-day appliances and doors leading to the terrace on ground level. The first and second floors incorporate 4 modern bedrooms and 3 walk-in showers whilst a balcony on each floor provides yet more stunning views.
Nearby, the resonance of the heart of Cala d’Or is not to missed, where candlelit bistros line the streets, tucked between chic cocktail bars and stylish boutiques immersed in an absorbing, relaxed, holiday ambience. Amenities in the area include water sports, golf, tennis and of course the many small sandy coves strung along this part of the southeastern coastline.

Water sports, boat hire, fishing trips, scuba diving, tennis courts and bicycle hire are all easily found in the local vicinity.
Vall d´Or Golf (18 holes) - The course is nestled in the hills overlooking Portocolom with fabulous views that combine two completely different landscapes.
Santanyi - Recommended is a visit to the market held every Wednesday and Saturday mornings with many stalls offering handicrafts, leather bags, handmade jewellery, accessories clothes etc, as well as plenty of locally produced fruit, vegetables, meats and cheeses.
Portopetro and Portocolom - The small fishing ports are great to visit for a stroll around the quayside and a leisurely lunch overlooking the picturesque harbours. There are also boat trips available during the day where you can appreciate the beauty of the east coastline.

The villa enjoys an excellent location, situated on the water’s edge of Cala Llonga bay with uninterrupted sea views and just a short stroll (5 mins) from the prestigious Marina of Cala d'Or "Porto Cari". Here, you will find a variety of excellent restaurants with national and international cuisine and also the famous Yacht Club with restaurant, lounge bar, gym and Turkish Bath. Along the Marina you can easily walk to the nearby resort of Cala d'Or, where a more lively but no less appealing experience awaits in the town’s network of pedestrianised streets, lined with a vast choice of amenities including supermarkets, boutiques, coffee shops, snack bars and restaurants.
