Finca Can Olivera is a beautifully restored old Mallorcan house with a private pool and amazing views that's located in the Colonya Valley. A majestic place surrounded by mountains, centuries-old olive fields, native Mallorcan trees and just 10 minutes drive from the ancient town of Pollenca. The house sleeps 12 guests and has been lovingly renovated with special emphasis on the conservation of old traditional elements such as exposed stone walls and wooden beams on the ceilings, while the interiors now have a more current and modern character. Some of the most important improvements include newly tiled floors, a renovated kitchen, refurbished bathrooms as well as the addition of a fifth exterior bathroom by the pool and new lighting throughout to create a contemporary ambience in all spaces. Set over two floors, the ground floor comprises a spacious entrance/dining room with original walls and access to a fully equipped kitchen that still preserves the old fireplace (currently disabled) with a cosy seating area around it, typical of old Mallorcan houses. A large leisure room with table football, a sofa/chaise longue and an impressive 65-inch screen smart TV (wireless internet connection so that guests can sign in to their accounts to watch Amazon, Netflix, etc.). A stone archway from the dining room leads to a double bedroom with an adjacent bathroom which completes this floor. On the upper level, there are 5 further bedrooms, a double with an en-suite bathroom and 4 twin bedrooms that share the use of 2 bathrooms. Outside, the pool terrace has also been expanded giving plenty of room for the sun loungers and a Balinese day bed, whilst the private pool with Roman steps has been completely retiled. The various terraces provide options for outdoor living, barbecuing and al fresco dining whilst the two chill-out areas are perfect for enjoying a drink and contemplating the mesmerising views of the valley and mountains. Cala San Vincente - The crystal clear waters provide a great place for snorkelling and canoeing.
Pollenca Golf Course - An attractive 9-hole course with spectacular views of the mountains and the north coast.
Puerto Alcudi - Water park.

Finca Can Olivera is located in the Colonya Valley, a beautiful place surrounded by mountains and centuries-old olive fields and other native Mallorcan trees. Accessed from the town of Pollenca along a narrow road that passes farms and several historical posesiones (Manor Homes). The house is 10 minutes drive to the centre of old town Pollenca, a place abundant with art galleries, first-class restaurants, tapas bars and cafes and a 15/20 minute drive to the beautiful sandy beaches of the east coast. Pollenca is an ancient town of attractive narrow streets and several places of interest to visit including the Roman bridge signposted ‘Pont Roma’, which is still in use and the Puig de Pollenca – a small mountain topped by a monastery. Port de Pollensa was once a simple fishing port and now the town has become very attractive with long sandy beaches lined by pine and palm trees and a splendid array of cafes and restaurants. Cala San Vicente is a beautiful secluded resort village with a splendid beach and three small hidden bays enclosed by the imposing backdrop of the Tramuntana Mountains. These three bays provide fine sand and pebble beaches with crystal clear waters.
