Villa Vista Hermosa is located in a tranquil and natural area close to Ibiza town, it's elevated position provides guests with stunning panoramic sea views from the Old Town to the Salinas and Cap Des Falcodeal. This modern villa accommodates up to 8 people in bright, spacious interiors and fantastic outside spaces for relaxing beneath the Ibizan sunshine. Distributed over two floors the villa consists of 4 air conditioned bedrooms all with sea views and three with access to terraces, 4 bathrooms (two en-suite), a brand new fully equipped kitchen (Boss Flex ceramic hob, Boss 90 cm pyrolytic oven, two-door Smeg American fridge, Boss microwave, Miele dishwasher, extra-large extractor hood, Nespresso coffee maker and Liebherr wine cellar), laundry room, dining area and large living room (satellite TV, fixed stereo system and portable bower Loewe) that opens out to the terrace and garden. The private pool measures 10 x 5 meters and comfortable sun loungers are provided, there is a covered chill-out area with sofas a gas barbecue and a porch with a dining furniture for meals together al fresco.
