Living room equipped with satellite TV (Spanish, German, English, French, Dutch) and a fully equipped kitchen with pantry both with access to the covered terrace, areas and pool. A second living room with fireplace, perfect for reading.
Climbing stairs there are three bedrooms: one with 2 single beds, 2 with double bed (one en-suite) and a bathroom with shower in the hallway.

First Floor:
Master bedroom with dressing room, en-suite bathroom with shower access to a terrace with table and chairs. There is also a small office area.

A 11,000 m² plot accessed via a dirt road of 600 meters.
A "Zen" patio with plants.
Large private swimming pool (15 x 8 meters) with Jacuzzi and sun beds, surrounded by a manicured garden and several areas of covered terrace for dining 'al-fresco';
