Villa Kazaviti offers the ideal setting for peaceful and relaxing holidays, away from it all, embedded by mountains and surrounded by lush, green vegetation.
The main house is completely refurbished in to 3 separate apartments and the studio-bungalow is located in a separate private area of the immense green garden. It features, an open plan living/dining/sleeping area with twin beds, TV, dining table with chairs, a sofabed and a small kitchen with small fridge, coffee maker and a portable cooktop stove (2 burner).
The immense green garden offers many different relax areas with sunbeds and tables and chairs, offering privacy and relaxation for all guests. You will find any kind of fruit trees here (peaches, plums, apples, grapes, etc,..all organic). Guests can also pick their own vegetables in the organic vegetable garden.

Kazaviti is certainly one of the most beautiful mountain villages of the island. It is 4km far from Prinos and 20km from the capital Thassos Limenas. It is divided into Mikro and Megalo Kazaviti, which between distance is 500m.
The village has narrow paved alleys and cars have access only to the square. The region is known for its tasty and organic meat, its vineyards and wine and you will find several traditional taverns and coffee houses here. The architecture in Kazaviti is characteristic and has remained untouched by time, the houses are made of stone, with wooden verandas and painted ceilings. During the last few years, they are being restored, renovated and preserved by their owners.

Amazing garden. The bungalow was perfect for our needs. Clean and fitted with all basics..towels, dishes, coffee machine, etc. Make sure you reserve a day to just lay lazy in the garden. I did not..and it's the only regret. Fruits and vegetables from garden. We did not plan to go for home meals, but eventually proved handy and tasty . Hosts are very nice. The main contact is the host's son, who speaks English and German. I will definitely return.

Ein schlichtes, sauberes Steinhäuschen mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Sehr ruhig gelegen mit Blick auf den Garten. Ein fantastischer Garten mit allen möglichen exotischen Bäumen, in dem man sich jederzeit wunderbar ausruhen kann. Gastgeber wohnen nebenan und sind sehr freundlich. Jederzeit gerne wieder, wenn wir nach Thassos kommen.

Un endroit très agréable pour se reposer, à l'écart de l'agitation touristique des plages, au milieu d'un magnifique jardin. Les propriétaires sont très accueillants et font tout pour rendre le séjour confortable. Plusieurs restaurants de qualité aux alentours.
