On the ground floor, there is a further bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances (filter coffee and espresso with capsules), a large dining table and a lounge with plush sofas, Smart TV and sea views, From here, large glass doors open to the pool terrace blending indoor and outdoor spaces, with the flow of fresh air and natural light.
