Tucked away at the end of a quiet country lane in the much sought-after area of La Font, Ca’n Puput enjoys a peaceful semi-rural location and yet is only a short distance from the vibrant atmosphere and excellent amenities of Pollença Town and several appealing sandy beaches.
In addition to these attractive attributes, particular mention should be made of the views that can be enjoyed from the terraces and secluded pool area. Surrounded by lush, mature foliage the garden is a delightful green oasis with a dramatic backdrop of Tramuntana foothills to one side - cutting into the cobalt blue sky as they peep out above the greenery, these shallow, gently rolling peaks make for a striking visual image.
Internally, the ever attentive local owners have provided a well equipped kitchen, two shower rooms to serve the two air conditioned bedrooms, WiFi, comfy soft furnishings and a simple country style décor of beamed ceilings, cooling tiled floors and whitewashed walls dotted with rurally themed pictures and curios.
Conveniently located off the kitchen the barbecue/dining terrace provides the perfect location for relaxing in the shade and is just a few steps from the tempting private pool for a refreshing dip. The adjacent lawn is perfect for an impromptu kick-about.
It is less than a ten minute (3.7km) drive to the central square in Pollença and not much more than that to go to the port and sweeping sandy bay which lie 6km in the opposite direction. Popular with families, the cove beaches and good amenities of Cala Sant Vicenç are 5km away, while golf, tennis, water sports, horse riding, scuba diving and many excellent walking and cycling trails are just a few of the activities easily found in and around the immediate area.
Air conditioning usage is on a timer (12 hours per day).

Pollenca - Places of interest include the Roman bridge signposted ‘Pont Roma’, which is still in use and the Puig de Pollenca – a small mountain topped by a monastery.
Port de Pollenca - There is a range of water sports available including pedalo, kayaking, banana boats, parasailing and scuba diving. Boat trips are available sailing around the pretty bay or visiting the beautiful beach at Formentor.
Cala San Vicente - The crystal clear waters provide a great place for snorkelling and canoeing.
Pollenca Golf Course - An attractive 9-hole course with spectacular views of the mountains and the north coast.
Puerto Alcudi - Water park.

Situated at the end of a quiet country lane in the desirable area of La Font. Ca’n Puput enjoys a peaceful semi-rural location with lovely countryside and mountain views yet is only a short distance from the vibrant atmosphere and excellent amenities of Pollença Town and several sandy beaches. Pollenca is an ancient town with attractive narrow streets and an impressive main square, a place abundant with art galleries, first-class restaurants, tapas bars and cafes plus several historical places of interest. Port de Pollenca was once a simple fishing port, now it remains very attractive and one of the most popular resorts on the island. The picturesque town is full of Mallorcan charm and is home to long stretches of golden sand, a delightful promenade lined by pine and palm trees with a splendid array of cafes and restaurants and a chic marina. There is also an excellent choice of water sports on offer. Cala San Vicente is a beautiful secluded resort village with a splendid beach and three small hidden bays enclosed by the imposing backdrop of the Tramuntana Mountains. These three bays provide fine sand and pebble beaches with crystal clear waters.
