Originally a shepherds' refuge, this pretty cottage nestles in the countryside just outside the old Roman town of Pollença. Sympathetically extended and refurbished to a high standard, this house offers the best of both worlds - a beautiful rural setting at the foothills of the Puig de Maria and easy access to the excellent amenities of Pollença town and Port de Pollença.
Décor is modern, light and pleasant while at the same time retaining the feel of a traditional countryside property. For added comfort, the thoughtful owner has installed air conditioning in the living room and bedrooms.
Externally a wide sun terrace leads onto the sparkling private swimming pool, tiled in an attractive green colour to blend with its rural surroundings. The extensive grounds around the house are a fascinating natural landscape of wild grasses, plants, olive, carob and fig trees.
All amenities and many excellent restaurants can be found in the narrow cobbled streets of Pollença town, which is a convenient five minute drive. The sandy beaches of Cala Sant Vicenç and impressive Pollença Bay are five to 10 minutes further, and Pollença Golf Club is 3.3km. This is truly a delightful hideaway cottage in a lovely location.

Pollenca - Places of interest include the Roman bridge signposted ‘Pont Roma’, which is still in use and the Puig de Pollensa – a small mountain topped by a monastery.
Port de Pollenca - There is a range of water sports available including pedalo, kayaking, banana boats, parasailing and scuba diving. Boat trips are available sailing around the pretty bay or visiting the beautiful beach at Formentor.
Cala San Vicente - The crystal clear waters provide a great place for snorkelling and canoeing.
Pollenca Golf Course - An attractive 9-hole course with spectacular views of the mountains and the north coast.
Puerto Alcudi - Water park.

Situated in the countryside just outside the old town of Pollença in a beautiful rural setting at the foothills of the Puig de Maria. A convenient location with easy access to the excellent amenities of Pollença town (5 mins drive) and Port de Pollença (12 mins drive). Pollenca is an ancient town with attractive narrow streets and an impressive main square, lined with cafés, restaurants and bars. Port de Pollenca was once a simple fishing port, now it remains very attractive and one of the most popular resorts on the island. The picturesque town is full of Mallorcan charm and is home to long stretches of golden sand, a delightful promenade lined by pine and palm trees with a splendid array of cafes and restaurants and a chic marina. There is also an excellent choice of water sports on offer. Cala San Vicente is a beautiful secluded resort village with a splendid beach and three small hidden bays enclosed by the imposing backdrop of the Tramuntana Mountains. These three bays provide fine sand and pebble beaches with crystal clear waters.
