Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen in Cap es Puig Mallorca… Es hat alles geklappt mit der Buchung…Ankunft…wenn wir ein Problem hatten wurde uns sofort geholfen….grosses Kompliment und herzlichen Dank. Wir haben sogar noch einen Kuchen vom Gastgeber bekommen. Auch zu Hause sind wir wieder gut angekommen. Herzliche Grüsse Andrea Schneiter

A beautiful family home in a glorious location. Peaceful, well equipped, gorgeous pool and pool house. Very short drive from Porto Colom

Geräumige, schön geschnittene und eingerichtete Finca mit gepflegtem Garten. Ausstattung vielfältig, aber hier und da schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Leider gab es Ausfälle bei Wasserversorgung und Poolfilterung. Best Holiday und der sehr nette und hilfbereite Eigentümer haben aber umgehend reagiert und für Abhilfe gesorgt. Lage am Hang in abgeschlossener Urbanisation mit Bilck auf den Puig Sant Salvador. Strassenverkehr zwischen Felantix und Portocolom an Pool und auf Terasse deutlich hörbar, ebenso die nahegelegenen Steinbrüche. Aus unserer Sicht aber noch im Rahmen.

We visited Es Cap des Puig in Summer 2022. Booking and communication with bestholidayhomes was excellent. Overall our stay was very nice and relaxing. For further visitors in the future here are maybe some useful hints: The location for our purpose was excellent: only about 15-20 minutes by car to Cala D'Or, Santanyi, Porto Colom, about 10 minutes to Felanitx were perfect for us. The house is beautiful located on a nice hill inside an area with some more fincas (all seperated). The finca overall is very nice and clean - all rooms and furniture is fine. The pictures fit reality. WLAN inside the house is ok - at the pool WLAN is not available / very weak. TV is fine and you can use a TV stick with WLAN. Terrace(s) is/are also nice and we stayed there every evening. The house/finca itself had some remarkable facts, that we were not really aware: 1) You can hear traffic from the road - nothing that influenced us at all, but you can hear the sound somewhere in the background 2) Aircondition is cooling the rooms only from 9am - 9pm. At night the air conditioning is working as a fan and moves the air - when it is very hot in summer it gets warmer inside the rooms during the night and we did not have a good sleep during a very hot period. You can hear the Airconditioning engine in one bedroom very clear as it was located on the nearby balcony (this could be disturbing). 3) Airconditioning did not work properly in the kitchen - it gets very hot in summertime. There is only one small window to the terrace, so there is always no way to cool down the kitchen. 4) In case you would like to play piano (you can see a piano on a picture but it is not mentioned in the description). The piano is not working - it is a nice eye-catcher. 5) In general: the pool is excellent and large. During our stay a pump was broken and it took four days with difficult communication - as the owner does not talk english or german and we did not get the direct contact until we could use the pool again. 6) The owner familiy is very nice and polite - they showed up to clean the house after one week. They were also involved to fix our pool issue - but unfortunately that took a while. 7) Table for Table Tennis is ok - you can have fun with it (even the table is old and it is ok for our purpose). This was fun for us. 8) Lights at the pool are automatically turned off at 11:45pm. Overall the finca was very nice and we had a pleasant stay. The price was - in comparison to fincas we had in the years before - on a upper range.

Very Good Service!

Stunning property. The pictures don't do justice to the property. The pool is of am excellent sizes the house and pool house are well equipped and the house is very well finished and of a very good size. Our family of seven loved everything about it.

We enjoyed our stay very much - the Finca was as shown on the photos in the portal! We stayed 10 days and the Finca was cleaned after 5 days and towels were changed. We would like to return for another holiday as soon as possible....
