It consists of a main villa, an independent guest studio and a garden guest house, with views to four more beautiful beaches; Platis Gialos Bay, Agia Anna, Paraga and Paradise.
As you enter the property, you will find the independent guest house with a double bedroom, en-suite bathroom, walk-in closet and a cosy living room that exits to the pool terrace. Across the pool terrace and shaded outdoor dining area, guests are welcomed into the main villa which has been fully renovated to the highest standard with bespoke furniture. It comprises; a spacious and stylish living room and an open-plan kitchen plus an auxiliary bathroom. The living room opens to a large veranda with an additional dining/lounging area that can comfortably accommodate a large group of guests. A staircase leads up to the bedroom level which has 3 double en-suite bedrooms, the master bedroom overlooks Psarou beach and two overlook the vibrant pool and outdoor areas. All three rooms exit to a veranda that offers a splendid view of the Aegean Sea, Psarou beach and Islands at a distance. Adjacent to the main villa is an independent guest studio with a double bed, 2 built-in sofa beds, en-suite bathroom and exit to the pool terrace which would be suitable as a family room or for a group of friends.
