Leonora Villa sits in an elevated position with beautiful views of the deep blue Aegean sea and to the two Cyclades islands of Naxos and Paros in the distance and is just 1 km (20 minutes walk) to Elia beach. The property sleeps 8 guests and consists of 4 spacious bedrooms, a maid's room and storage. Two bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms, built-in double beds, bedside tables, TV's plus several storage areas, the other two bedrooms, a double and a twin are served by a shared bathroom and all are equipped to the last detail. The living space has a dining table for 8 people, a large living room with fireplace, a guest toilet and a separate kitchen, fully equipped with electrical devices (SMEG) and a table for 4 people. Leonora villa is surrounded by extensive manicured gardens and terraces of 200 m² which are shaded by wooden pergolas and consist of comfortable seating for 8 people, two separate dining areas for 6 and 10 people each as well as a stone-built bar and barbecue. To the front is a very large pool (14 x 7 meters) with Jacuzzi and sun loungers benefiting from a fantastic sea view that creates a sense of relaxation and well-being.
