Spacious, Beautifully Appointed Villa, Private Pool, Superb Views of Caribbean Sea & Golf Course!

No Problem with its vibrant use of blue and white has sweeping views of the Caribbean Sea and surrounding countryside. The villa sits on the brow of Copperwood Ridge, facing the Caribbean sea and the fairways of the golf course, walking distance to amenities and 2/4 minutes drive in the golf cart to the course and the beach. It has a very child-friendly layout making it ideal for families or couples who seek a calming, peaceful environment. The bedrooms are located on the villa’s main level and provide a magical escape with over-sized picture windows that bring the outside in. Two bedrooms open to the terrace and the third bedroom opens to the interiors. All of the bedrooms are air-conditioned, with private en-suite bathrooms. The master bedroom has a king-sized bed and a Jacuzzi bathtub and the guest rooms each have two twin beds. All bedrooms can be configured to king-sized beds when required. The living room is a spacious, light filled retreat with sliding glass doors that open to reveal the fabulous view. Tropical fabrics, wrought iron and bamboo furniture make for a relaxing ambiance and there is a cable television, DVD player and audio system. Stairs lead to the lower terrace and the swimming pool which has a wet bar. Meals can be enjoyed indoors or out on the terrace whilst admiring the views.

The villa is fully staffed with a delightful and professional team to look after you throughout your stay. Services include breakfast, lunch & dinner each day, housekeeping, laundry and of course knowledgeable insight to help you make the most of your stay! Not included in the rate is the food and drink, but shopping will be done for you - The experienced staff includes a Cook, Housekeeper, Laundress and Gardener.

Temporary Membership Fee not included and should be paid upon arrival:
The Club requires all guests to become members during their stay via a Temporary Membership Fee. For guests who stay for five to seven days, the Temporary Membership Dues are US $170 plus a 15% service charge. Children between the ages of 13 and 15 pay at a discounted rate of 50% plus a 15% service charge. For children 12 years of age and younger, the Temporary Membership Dues are complimentary. The fee is USD $34 per day plus a 15% service charge for guests ages 16 and older who stay for one to four days.
