Casa Marcello is a stylish town house with a private pool located in the heart of old town Pollenca’s historic quarter and just a couple of minutes walk from the fantastic main square lined with pavement cafe bars, restaurants and shops. The house sleeps 8 guests and has been lovingly refurbished using only the best quality materials, fixtures and fittings. The interiors are over three levels, fully air-conditioned and a delightful mix of the old character features beautifully blended with modern facilities and appliances. Big wooden doors lead into an open plan living/dining room with contemporary furnishings, flat-screen, satellite TV, DVD, Wi-Fi and Netflix. The kitchen is separated by a stylish breakfast bar and is fully equipped and fitted with modern appliances. Glass doors open out to the lower 10m² terrace with dining furniture, barbecue, sun loungers and a fabulous private pool, perfect for cooling off on the hot summer days. On the first floor there are 3 bedrooms, 2 twins that share a family bathroom and 1 double with en-suite shower room and a balcony overlooking the pool. The fourth bedroom occupies the second floor, a double with en-suite shower room, dressing area and a balcony with magnificent views. Pollenca - Places of historical interest include "The Roman Bridge", signposted ‘Pont Roma’, and "Puig de Maria", a small mountain topped by a monastery.
Port de Pollenca/Platja d'Alcudia/Platja de Muro - A range of water sports available including pedalos, kayaking, banana boats, parasailing and scuba diving. Boat trips are available sailing around the pretty bay or visiting the beautiful beach at Formentor.
Cala San Vicente - The crystal clear waters provide a great place for snorkelling and canoeing.
Pollenca Golf Course - An attractive 9-hole course with spectacular views of the mountains and the north coast.
Puerto Alcudi - Water park.
