Villa Sunshine is an impressive property with a private pool that offers peace, privacy and an excellent location. Set in the countryside in an ideal position between Port de Pollenca and old town Pollenca gives you easy access to two fabulous resorts with a vast choice of restaurants, shops, activities and a stunning beach in just 10 minutes by car. This 3 bedroom villa sleeps 6 guests with air conditioning (on a timer) throughout and is always kept to a very high standard. Inside, you are greeted by beech wood beams and white washed walls giving this property a light and airy feel. It comprises: a comfortably furnished lounge/dining room (TV, DVD player) with patio doors to the front terrace, a fully equipped kitchen, fitted with the latest modern units, an inner hall leading to 2 pretty twin bedrooms and the first of the villa’s full bathrooms. Stairs lead from the hall up to the first floor, here is further lounge/sitting room with a sofa bed and enormous picture windows that overlook the beautiful open countryside from both sides. Leading off from here is the master bedroom suite a spacious, pretty room with a double bed and a full en-suite bathroom. Outside, the large private pool takes pride of place, residing beside well-kept lawns, tiled terraces and shady palm trees. A large barbecue area together with an ample supply of dining and relaxing furniture make this the focal point for outdoor living. The great extent of outdoor space gives you all the privacy you could desire to soak up the Spanish sunshine and relax in your very own home from home. Villa Sunshine is ideal for families, as there is something for all members to enjoy, small children can play on the swings in the shaded playground whilst others can start up an al-fresco meal on the barbecue! The villa is a real gem and comes highly recommended, its' prime position for fun days poolside and exciting days out exploring the rich and beautiful island of Mallorca!

Pollenca - Places of interest to visit include the Roman bridge, signposted ‘Pont Roma’, which is still in use and the Puig de Maria – a small mountain topped by a monastery.
Port de Pollenca - There is a range of water sports available including pedalos, kayaking, banana boats, parasailing and scuba diving. Boat trips are available sailing around the pretty bay or visiting the beautiful beach at Formentor.
Cala San Vicente - The crystal clear waters provide a great place for snorkelling and canoeing.
Pollenca Golf Course - An attractive 9-hole course with spectacular views of the mountains and the north coast.
