Villa Alma is an attractive villa with a private pool, extensive gardens, terraces and pleasant views located just outside the ancient town of Alcudia and close to the sandy beaches of the east coast. The property accommodates 6 guests in 3 air conditioned bedrooms and interiors that have been carefully decorated and furnished, making wide use of natural wood and traditional ornaments, whilst maintaining a modern and airy feeling. Inside, the villa is set over 2 floors and comprises a spacious lounge, dining area, a separate fully equipped kitchen with a breakfast table/chairs, 2 bedrooms (one double, one twin) and a family bathroom on the ground floor. An internal staircase leads to the upper floor, to a spacious double bedroom suite with its own bathroom and direct access to a private terrace offering lovely views. Outside, the villa is surrounded by impressive, extensive gardens with a lawn, shrubs, trees and flowers, a large private pool and a stunning terrace. A truly idyllic setting to relax, sunbathe or just chill out and enjoy a holiday in the Mallorcan sunshine!

Pollenca - Places of historical interest include "The Roman Bridge", signposted ‘Pont Roma’, and "Puig de Maria", a small mountain topped by a monastery.
Port de Pollensa/Platja d'Alcudia/Platja de Muro - A range of water sports available including pedalos, kayaking, banana boats, parasailing and scuba diving. Boat trips are available sailing around the bay or visiting the beautiful beach at Formentor.
Alcanada Golf - Spectacular lighthouse and sea views (18 holes).
Pollenca Golf Course - Attractive course with fabulous views of the mountains and the north coast (9 holes)
Puerto Alcudia Hidropark - Giant water slides, swimming, boating pools, 3 mini-golf courses.

Please check in advance if you are bringing an electric car as not all properties have the electrical installation prepared to support this service. If available there is an extra charge, payable in advance on arrival: 100 € per week per car.
Security/Damage Deposits
Groups of guests under the age of 25 years may be asked to pay a security/damage deposit on arrival, refunded 14 days from departure after satisfactory inventory and damages inspection: 150 €/person.

Villa Alma is situated in a quiet area in the countryside 2.6 km from the ancient town of Alcudia. This convenient location gives easy access to the town and the sandy beach of Port d'Alcudia (approx. 6 minutes drive) as well as Old town Pollenca, two fabulous golf courses and the sandy beach at Platja de Muro (approx. 15 minutes drive) so the villa provides an excellent base for exploring the area. The town of Alcudia is a real treasure on the island, a perfectly restored medieval walled city on the site of a Roman settlement with remains of ancient houses and a theatre, with a wealth of history and charm this town offers visitors an authentic Mallorcan experience and is also well-known for its' restaurants that specialise in serving traditional dishes. Port d'Alcudia is a popular resort destination with a long sandy beach stretching from the port down to Platja de Muro. It's a great place for families with shallow clear waters, activities and water sports on offer. The beach is lined with a splendid array of cafes, restaurants and beach bars to suit all tastes. Pollena is an ancient town with attractive narrow streets and an impressive main square, a place abundant with art galleries, first-class restaurants, tapas bars and cafes plus several historical places of interest.
