Finca Elena is a fabulous stone-built holiday home offering extensive gardens, a private pool, beautiful views and a perfect location. Situated at the foot of the Boquer mountains yet within walking distance (20 minutes) to bars, shops, restaurants and sandy beach of Port de Pollenca. The property sleeps up to 6 guests in interiors that combine the atmosphere of the traditional Mallorcan finca with all the most modern comforts, it is spacious, airy and is fitted to the highest standard. Set over one floor, it comprises 3 air-conditioned bedrooms that share two superbly fitted bathrooms (one of which boasts a luxurious raised oval bathtub), a lounge/dining room with exposed beams and a large, fully fitted kitchen with all the necessary facilities for a self-catering holiday. From the hallway stairs lead up to a reading area on a mezzanine level. At the rear of the villa, there is a large covered terrace (it can be accessed from both the dining room and the double bedroom) which overlooks the delightful private pool and the surrounding gardens, It is provided with a built-in barbecue perfect for alfresco dining while enjoying the wonderful evening views as the sun goes down behind the mountains. Finca Elena is an ideal choice for families/friends to enjoy a relaxing holiday in an idyllic setting whilst still being within walking distance to the beach and all the amenities of Port de Pollenca!

Port de Pollenca/Platja d'Alcudia/Platja de Muro - There is a range of water sports available including pedalos, kayaking, banana boats, parasailing and scuba diving. Boat trips are available sailing around the pretty bay or visiting the beautiful beach at Formentor.
Pollenca - Places of historical interest including "The Roman Bridge", signposted ‘Pont Roma’, and "Puig de Maria", a small mountain topped by a monastery.
Cala San Vicente - The crystal clear waters provide a great place for snorkeling and canoeing.
Pollenca Golf Course - An attractive 9-hole course with spectacular views of the mountains.
Puerto Alcudi - Water park.

Please check in advance if you are bringing an electric car as not all properties have the electrical installation prepared to support this service. If available there is an extra charge, payable in advance on arrival: 100 € per week per car.
Security/Damage Deposits
Groups of guests under the age of 25 years may be asked to pay a security/damage deposit on arrival, refunded 14 days from departure after satisfactory inventory and damages inspection: 150 €/person.

Finca Elena is situated at the foot of the Boquer mountains offering superb views and a unique location less than 1 km from the sought after resort of Port de Pollenca and within walking distance to bars, shops, restaurants and sandy beach. Port de Pollenca was once a simple fishing port, now it remains very attractive and one of the most popular resorts on the island. The picturesque town is full of Mallorcan charm and is home to long stretches of golden sand, a delightful promenade lined by pine and palm trees with a splendid array of cafes and restaurants and a chic marina. Pollenca is an ancient town with attractive narrow streets and an impressive main square, a place abundant with art galleries, first-class restaurants, tapas bars and cafes plus several historical places of interest.
A car is useful when booking this villa to reach the larger supermarkets and for exploring the area but not essential. Pollenca and Port de Pollenca are connected by a bus line which makes up to 24 daily journeys during the summer season and 16 during the winter.
