Nestled within the lush, green countryside with the Tramuntana mountains as a backdrop the house has a peaceful hideaway vibe and sleeps up to 6 guests in spacious and well-furnished interiors. It comprises 3 air conditioned bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a living/dining room (satellite TV - basic channels, DVD player, feature fireplace) that opens out to the pool/garden and a fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, microwave, fridge/freezer, electric oven and gas hob) with a door to the side of the house where the built-in barbecue is housed. The pretty and well-maintained gardens have spacious furnished sun terraces around the private mosaic tiled swimming pool and a large lawn with citric fruit trees. Pollenca - Places of interest to visit include the Roman bridge, signposted ‘Pont Roma’, which is still in use and the Puig de Maria – a small mountain topped by a monastery.
Port de Pollenca - There is a range of water sports available including pedalos, kayaking, banana boats, parasailing and scuba diving. Boat trips are available sailing around the pretty bay or visiting the beautiful beach at Formentor.
Cala San Vicente - The crystal clear waters provide a great place for snorkelling and canoeing.
Pollenca Golf Course - An attractive 9-hole course with spectacular views of the mountains and the north coast.
