Villa Lagoa is a brand new, 2 storey attached villa of excellent quality with air conditioning in all areas and a private, solar heated pool (6m x 4m). The plot is completely fenced and a gate leads to the entrance and a private parking space. The ground floor consists of a bright living/dining area with open plan and fully equipped kitchen, a separate guest toilet and in addition to the kitchen there is a utility room with washing machine. Large glass sliding doors lead to the terrace with table and chairs for meals outdoors, the brick built barbecue and the private pool area. The pool is mosaïc tiled with roman steps and sitting bench and is equipped with comfortable sun loungers and umbrellas. There is also an outdoor shower. The three bedrooms and two bathrooms (one en-suite) are located on the first floor and one of the bedrooms gives out to another spacious terrace, overlooking the pool.
The location of Villa Lagoa is ideal, in Cala d’Or and only 5 minutes from the centre of town, in a dead end street without traffic or noise. It is only a 5-10 minute walk to reach the beautiful beaches of Cala Ferrera and Cala Serena which have all amenities for family beaches: showers, toilets, bars, lifeguards and are suitable for small children.

The villa is located in Cala d’Or, only 5 minutes from the centre of town, in a dead end street without traffic or noise. It is only a 5-10 minute walk to reach the beautiful beaches of Cala Ferrera and Cala Serena. They have all amenities for family beaches: showers, toilets, bars, lifeguards and are appropriate for small children. In a few meters walking there is a supermarket, a gym, a pharmacy, shops and a restaurants area.
The busiest area is in the centre at 10 minutes walking distance, here is the Avda Tagomago with shops, banks, restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacy and the Medical Centre Cala d’Or: www.centromedicocalador.com. This medical centre is available 24 hours in case of illness or dental problems.
Cala d'Or is built in typical Ibiza style, surrounded by Mediterranean vegetation and pine trees, which provide the resort with a beautiful picturesque touch. There is a beautiful Marina with over 600 moorings, where you can rent a small boat or arrange water sport activities. Around the Marina you will find a variety of delicious restaurants with local and international cuisine.
The area offers a tranquil setting with natural parks like Cala Mondragó, a natural reserve with crystalline water, which can be visited in a morning excursion boat with a transparent floor: www.starfishboat.com and enclaves a unique landscape for a few kilometers of hiking to the Fortress of Es Forti: www.ajsantanyi.net or Santueri Fortress (408 m): www.santueri.org and the Monastery of San Salvador.

We stayed at Villa Lagoa at the end of July, 2020 for a week and had the best time! The villa is spacious, comfortable and very clean. The owner is so lovely and welcoming and she went to great lengths to ensure the villa was clean and sanitized before we arrived. She made us feel so welcome and came by half-way through the week to bring us clean towels and other provisions for the house. Our kids, 4 and 6, loved swimming in the pool! The outdoor space is perfect for having a coffee, relaxing or eating dinner outside. The villa is walking distance to a great grocery store, restaurants and pubs and a gorgeous beach, Cala Ferrara. We fell in love with the villa and Mallorca and hope to return again one day!

This property is amazing. The location is quiet 🤫 but only a five minute walk to the shops and restaurants. Very clean and well kept with everything you need. No need to worry about anything. Towels and bedding all included. Clean outside space for children.

Villa Lagoa was perfect, we had a fantastic holiday. The villa, pool and pool area were spotless and had everything we needed, and it was just a short 10 minuite walk into the main area of restaurants and bars. Marta the owner was most helpful she brought us extra wine glasses on request and helped to organise taxis when we needed them. On checking in she pointed out the best restaurants, supermarkets and even walked us down the road to show us which route to take. We would highly recommend this villa and would definitely return.

We had a brilliant family holiday at Villa Lagoa situated in Cala d'Or with only a five minute walk to the beach. The saltwater swimming pool was fantastic. All rooms had A/C, there was a downstairs WC and fully fitted kitchen with the additional benefit of a washing machine. Shops, bars and restaurants were also only a few minutes walk away.

We had a lovely relaxing holiday at Villa Lagoa, Marta was the perfect host. Nice little touches throughout the Villa, great location, close to restaurants and shops. The Villa was spotless and comfortable in a quiet cul de sac. We have already enquired for next year.

The villa was fabulous and spotlessly clean. Could not fault it. The pool and patio area perfect to relax and unwind.
The resort had plenty of restaurants and bars and the supermarket almost on the doorstep.

We've just returned from a fantastic 10 day stay at Villa Lagoa. It's our 2nd time there and it won't be our last.
The owner is warm, welcoming and extremely helpful.
There were 4 adults and 2 children. Plenty of space for everyone, a fab pool and a great shaded area for sitting/eating.
We didn't hire a car, just arranged a private transfer from the airport. The large supermarket is within walking distance and there are smaller Spar shops close by, along with restaurants. Cala Ferrera beach is less than 10 mins walk away, with a lovely restaurant for lunch and a shop. I can highly recommend staying here.
