Villa Vista Alegre is a beautiful free-standing villa, built in typical Mallorcan style. It consists of two floors, offering you a living space of 250 m².
Located in the countryside, on the outskirts of the idyllic harbour town Porto Cristo, you will enjoy absolute peace here with only the sheep to catch an eye on you every now and then.
The house consists of 4 bedrooms, all with air conditioning (warm/cold) to accommodate 6 persons.

Ground Floor - Fully equipped kitchen, large living and dining room with fireplace, one bedroom with 2 beds and one bedroom with a single bed, a bathroom and a big porch with brick barbecue.
First Floor - Another living area with a beautiful sea view, 2 double bedrooms and a bathroom.
Exterior
A beautiful and spacious green garden, private swimming pool with sunbeds/umbrellas, a covered porch with brick built barbecue, table tennis and an amazing distant sea view.
Sports & Activities
There are many hiking trails in the area, and cyclists can enjoy countryside lanes, coastal routes and more hilly challenges.
For those that enjoy water sports there is a sailing and windsurfing school at Port Cristo Novo beach. Boat trips from Porto Cristo’s harbour to hidden beaches/coves or glass bottom boats to enjoy the underwater landscape.
For lovers of Golf the famous Vall d'Or Golf (18 holes) is just a 20 minutes drive.

Villa Vista Alegre is located in a calm area, in the east of the island but at the same time it is only 10 minutes driving from the lively Porto Cristo with a variety of bars, restaurants and shops and 20 minutes from Porto Colom. Situated in a very nice area, full of typical Mallorcan trees (almond, fig and olive) and nowadays some of the locals still continue dedicating their time to breed sheep, giving a special charm to the environment.
The ideal location for peaceful and relaxing holidays whilst still being within easy reach of a variety of beautiful beaches and golf courses. The market in Felanitx on Sunday morning is recognised as one of the best in Mallorca (30 minutes) and the famous Caves of Drach and the beautiful Caves of Arta (10 minutes) are all definitely worth a visit!
