Villa Valeria is a spacious stone-built holiday home with a large garden and a private pool that comfortably accommodates 10 guests in fully air-conditioned and traditionally furnished welcoming interiors. The villa enjoys views over the surrounding countryside and has an excellent location 5 minutes from the Golf course and close to Pollensa old town, Alcudia and the beautiful sandy beaches of Port de Pollensa, Platja d'Alcudia and Platja de Muro which are just a short drive away (10/15 minutes). The accommodation is distributed over two floors and consists of an entrance hall that leads into a light and airy lounge/dining room with large sofas, fireplace, dining table/chairs and French doors that open out onto the covered terrace which overlooks the pool. There is a separate fully equipped kitchen and also 4 bedrooms on this level. A twin bedroom accessed via three steps up from the lounge and along a corridor is a further twin, a family shower room and two doubles with en-suite bathrooms (one has direct access out to the terrace). The upper floor has a fourth bathroom and a large uncovered terrace with views to the countryside which can be directly accessed from the fifth bedroom (twin beds) or the games room with a billiard table. For extra entertainment, there is table tennis in the garden, an inviting pool equipped with sun loungers and a covered barbecue terrace, perfect for alfresco entertaining. At Villa Valeria guests will be able to enjoy relaxing hours on the terraces, sunbathing and swimming surrounded by beautiful Mallorcan nature and is the perfect choice for families or friends that love outdoor living whilst being close to great beaches and ancient towns!

Sports & Activities

Pollensa - There are several places of historical interest including "The Roman Bridge", signposted ‘Pont Roma’, and "Puig de Maria", a small mountain topped by a monastery.
Port de Pollensa/Platja d'Alcudia/Platja de Muro - There is a range of water sports available including pedalos, kayaking, banana boats, parasailing and scuba diving. Boat trips are available sailing around the pretty bay or visiting the beautiful beach at Formentor.
Cala San Vicente - The crystal clear waters provide a great place for snorkelling and canoeing.
Pollensa Golf Course - An attractive 9-hole course with spectacular views of the mountains and the north coast, its beautiful setting and design make it an enjoyable course.
Puerto Alcudi - Water park.

Air-Conditioning and Heating
Where stated air-conditioning is included and acts as a cooling and heating system on a timer (available for use between 14:00 - 16:00 and 20:00 - 08:00 hours).

Electric Cars
Please check in advance if you are bringing an electric car as not all properties have the electrical installation prepared to support this service. If available there is an extra charge, payable in advance on arrival: 100 € per week per car.

Security/Damage Deposits
Groups of guests under the age of 25 years may be asked to pay a security/damage deposit on arrival, refunded 14 days from departure after satisfactory inventory and damages inspection: 150 €/person.
