Villa Santiago is a spacious 4 bedroom country house with extensive gardens and a private swimming pool, situated in a peaceful area yet ideally placed between the two resorts of Pollensa and Port de Pollensa. Recently renovated and finished to a high standard the villa can accommodate 8 guests in spacious and attractively furnished interiors that are set over one floor. An entrance hall leads to a large lounge/dining room with a feature fireplace and doors that open out to the covered terrace and gardens. Off this room, is a well-equipped kitchen also with access to the outdoor dining terrace and an adjacent storage room with a washing machine and tumble dryer. Along the hallway, there is a main double bedroom, two twin bedrooms and two family bathrooms. A separate poolside annexe with an independent entrance houses a further double bedroom with a shower room. All bedrooms are air-conditioned on a timer. Outside, the private swimming pool is equipped with sun loungers/umbrellas and is surrounded by beautifully landscaped gardens providing panoramic views of the countryside and mountains. A brick-built barbecue and dining tables for al-fresco dining are provided and table tennis is also available for guests to enjoy. Villa Santiago is the perfect choice for families or friends that love outdoor living together with the comfort of a truly special holiday home.

Port de Pollensa - There is a range of water sports available including pedalos, kayaking, banana boats, parasailing and scuba diving. Boat trips are available sailing around the pretty bay or visiting the beautiful beach at Formentor.
Cala San Vincente - The crystal clear waters provide a great place for snorkelling and canoeing.
Pollensa Golf Course - An attractive 9-hole course with spectacular views of the mountains and the north coast, its beautiful setting and design make it an enjoyable course.
Puerto Alcudi - Water park.

Air-Conditioning and Heating
Where stated air-conditioning is included and acts as a cooling and heating system on a timer (available for use between 14:00 - 16:00 and 20:00 - 08:00 hours).

Electric Cars
Please check in advance if you are bringing an electric car as not all properties have the electrical installation prepared to support this service. If available there is an extra charge, payable in advance on arrival: 100 € per week per car.

Security/Damage Deposits
Groups of guests under the age of 25 years may be asked to pay a security/damage deposit on arrival, refunded 14 days from departure after satisfactory inventory and damages inspection: 150 €/person.
