Villa Ginevra is perfectly placed to reach all amenities, situated in a residential neighbourhood with shops, bars, restaurants within walking distance and just 250 m from the sand beach at Llenaire and 500 m from Port de Pollensa town. The villa is 200 m² and sleeps 10, the interior is modern and tastefully furnished, it has air conditioning (hot/cold) in the bedrooms, WiFi, satellite TV and floor to ceiling glass doors with views to the private swimming pool and terraces. There are 5 double bedrooms, 3 bathrooms (one en-suite) and a large living/dining space with a fully equipped open kitchen.
