Finca Romina with a private pool is a stunning Mallorcan Stone House that has been lovingly restored, offering charming interiors, wonderful views, an idyllic setting and a convenient location. Situated halfway along a secondary road that connects the town of Pollenca and Port de Pollenca enables you to be in the heart of the old town or relaxing on a sandy beach in less than a 10-minute drive. This 200 year old farmhouse sleeps up to 10 guests and has been carefully renovated retaining the character of the old local architecture. Among the most important improvements made are the restoration and extension of the pool terrace, new interior flooring, renovation of all bathrooms plus the addition of a fourth bathroom, air-conditioning units in the bedrooms, a newly fitted kitchen and the installation of modern lighting throughout the house. The main entrance gives access to a spacious living/dining room with a beautiful vaulted stone arch, through to the kitchen which is fully equipped with modern units yet it's part of the house that has best retained the original style of former times. It includes a small breakfast area and there is a separate utility room with a washing machine. On the ground floor, you will also find the first of the 5 bedrooms (a double) and two of the 4 bathrooms. To the left of the entrance, a staircase leads to the upper floor, where the main lounge is, there's a large sofa and a chaise longue on which you can enjoy a good movie or catch up on your favourite series on the magnificent 65-inch television, a Smart TV with wireless internet connection so that guests can sign-in to their accounts and enjoy Amazon, Netflix, etc. The further four bedrooms and two bathrooms are also on this level, a double and two twins sharing a family bathroom plus a master double with an en-suite bathroom and access to a terrace with far-reaching views over the surrounding countryside and to the mountains, a lovely place for morning coffee or relaxing with a drink in the evening. On request, some of the bedroom configurations can be changed to doubles to suit your requirements. Outside, there is a beautiful and peaceful garden, as well as two covered terraces, one of them being the outside dining terrace which includes an outdoor kitchen area, brick-built barbecue and traditional wood oven, the second houses an 8-foot American pool table and table tennis for your entertainment. The pool area not only boasts a generous size private pool with Roman steps but lots of comfortable loungers, a day bed and an outdoor chill-out lounge. Finca Romina is ideal for families/friends seeking a tranquil retreat in a beautifully restored Mallorcan farmhouse whilst still having easy access to shops, restaurants, beaches and attractions!

Pollenca - Places of interest to visit include the Roman bridge, signposted ‘Pont Roma’, which is still in use and the Puig de Pollenca – a small mountain topped by a monastery.
Port de Pollenca - There is a range of water sports available including pedalos, kayaking, banana boats, parasailing and scuba diving. Boat trips are available sailing around the pretty bay or visiting the beautiful beach at Formentor.
Cala San Vicente - The crystal clear waters provide a great place for snorkelling and canoeing.
Pollenca Golf Course - An attractive 9-hole course with spectacular views of the mountains and the north coast, its beautiful setting and design make it an enjoyable course.
Puerto Alcudi - Water park.
