Finca Fuentes with a private pool is a beautifully refurbished property set within a 25-acre estate in the idyllic countryside yet perfectly placed 5 minutes drive from Pollenca Golf course and 10/15 minutes to Pollenca old town, Alcudia and the beautiful sandy beaches of Port de Pollenca, Platja d'Alcudia and Platja de Muro. The original Finca dates back more than 300 years and is built on two floors with many traditional features including tiled floors, stone walls and beamed ceilings which lend charm and character. Wooden double doors open onto a spacious open-plan dining room with two steps up to a lounge, there is a wood-burner, satellite TV, DVD player and a lovely round table made from an original olive press. A stone archway leads to a traditional style, fully equipped kitchen with a guest shower room opposite. A special feature of this house is the second lounge/drawing room with an original stone wall, comfortable furnishings, a log fireplace and a wooden staircase up to the master bedroom. An open plan double with wooden floors, an en-suite shower room and beautiful views across the countryside. From the main hall, a second staircase leads to three further bedrooms, two doubles and one twin all of which share one full family bathroom. The house provides comfortable accommodation for 8 guests and is refreshingly cooler in summer mainly due to the thick walls. Outside, there is a private swimming pool, furnished sun and al fresco dining terraces, a stone-built barbecue and a comfortable poolside casita. Cala San Vicente - The crystal clear waters provide a great place for snorkelling and canoeing.
Pollenca Golf Course - An attractive 9-hole course with spectacular views of the mountains and the north coast, its beautiful setting and design make it an enjoyable course.
