Villa Roseanne is a fabulous property that sits in a charming neighbourhood under the Puig Maria offering amazing views to the mountains and towards the old town Pollensa which is only a 15 minutes walk to reach the shops and restaurants. The villa sleeps 6 guests in beautifully furnished interiors and is distributed over two floors, the 3 bedrooms (all air-conditioned) are spacious and bright and located on the first floor, there is one twin room with access to the rear, one double with access to the side terrace and a family bathroom with large walk-in shower. The master suite has a free-standing bath leading to a private bathroom and the bedroom has patio doors opening out to the front balcony with stunning views, from here you can access the side terrace which has exterior steps down to the outdoor kitchen area. There is also an interior open staircase (with bannister) to the ground level living space, a comfortably furnished lounge with patio doors to the front terrace (large flat-screen SAT TV), to the side is a modern large shower room with w/c, plus a spacious entrance hallway. The kitchen is very large with a table and chairs, contemporary units, fitted appliances and patio doors directly onto the covered front terrace for enjoying meals al-fresco. The outside space will not disappoint as the gardens are beautifully landscaped with areas laid to lawn, terraces and a delightful outdoor kitchen and barbecue, the views from here and the private swimming pool are breathtaking and can also be enjoyed from the Jacuzzi tub whilst relaxing with a glass of wine. Sports & Activities

Excursion Puig de Maria – 950 m
A fantastic walk for witnessing stunning views of Majorca's countryside and the local towns of Pollensa, Port de Pollensa and Alcudia. It takes 40-45 minutes to the top where there is a lovely monastery and restaurant.

Port de Pollenca – 7 km
There is a range of water sports available including pedalos, kayaking, banana boats, parasailing and scuba diving.
Boat trips are available sailing around the pretty bay or visiting the beautiful beach at Formentor.

Pollensa Golf Course – 2.5 km
An attractive 9-hole course with spectacular views to the mountains and the north coast, its beautiful setting and design make it an enjoyable course.

Puerto Alcudi - Water park – 11.5 km

• Children are welcome in the villa, but its character and charm may pose some safety issues for very young children. We advise they are permanently supervised.
