Villa Magnolia is a fabulous holiday home in a quiet rural location with views to the mountains but just a few minutes drive from the town of Muro and 15 minutes drive to the beach resort of Playas de Muro. Distributed over one floor the villa sleeps 6 guests in modern spacious interiors that open out via patio doors to the garden and terrace, there are 3 bedrooms (with air conditioning), 2 bathrooms, a contemporary kitchen with breakfast bar and all appliances (fridge/freezer, microwave, oven, dishwasher, washing machine, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, juicer, dishes/cutlery and kitchen utensils), a large living and dining room (satellite TV, WiFi, wood-burning fireplace) and a grand piano. Outside, the garden is laid to lawn with a decked sun terrace around the private swimming pool, a barbecue and a 30 m² covered terrace with dining and garden furniture for enjoying meals al-fresco and relaxing times together. Villa Magnolia also has a children's play area within the garden making it an ideal choice for families seeking a peaceful and scenic setting whilst still being close to amenities and beaches.

Air-Conditioning and Heating
Where stated air-conditioning is included and acts as a cooling and heating system on a timer (available for use between 14:00 - 16:00 and 20:00 - 08:00 hours).

Electric Cars
Please check in advance if you are bringing an electric car as not all properties have the electrical installation prepared to support this service. If available there is an extra charge, payable in advance on arrival: 100 € per week per car.

Security/Damage Deposits
Groups of guests under the age of 25 years may be asked to pay a security/damage deposit on arrival, refunded 14 days from departure after satisfactory inventory and damages inspection: 150 €/person.
