Finca Eileen is an impressive country house with a private pool and extensive grounds offering stunning views over the Mallorcan countryside and to the mountains. Set in a private and peaceful location yet ideally placed between the two resorts of Pollensa and Port de Pollensa (10 minutes drive). The villa is constructed from local stone and sleeps 6 guests in 3 air-conditioned bedrooms. The split-level interiors are spacious with traditional features including beamed ceilings, whitewashed walls, tiled floors, and original fireplaces. The entrance hall leads into a comfortably furnished lounge/dining room with doors opening out to a patio and steps down to a TV room. The separate kitchen is fully equipped and has doors to the terrace with a barbecue and table/chairs for al-fresco dining. Stairs lead up to a twin bedroom and further stairs lead up to a second twin bedroom, these share a split-level bathroom, the third twin bedroom with an en-suite split-level bathroom is on the highest floor and has access to a private terrace with far-reaching views. The beds in all the bedrooms can be joined to become doubles (on request). Outside, the gardens are spread over various levels and include a magnificent area to enjoy the Mallorcan sunshine and outdoor living, there is a private pool, a sun terrace equipped with loungers, a covered barbecue area, dining facilities and a comfortable sofa. Finca Eileen is a haven of peace and is perfect for families/friends seeking a relaxing holiday surrounded by nature whilst its' ideal location gives you easy access to amenities, ancient towns and fabulous sandy beaches!

Sports & Activities

Port de Pollensa - There is a range of water sports available including pedalos, kayaking, banana boats, parasailing and scuba diving. Boat trips are available sailing around the pretty bay or visiting the beautiful beach at Formentor.
Cala San Vicente - The crystal clear waters provide a great place for snorkeling and canoeing.
Pollensa Golf Course - An attractive 9-hole course with spectacular views of the mountains and the north coast, its beautiful setting and design make it an enjoyable course.
Puerto Alcudi - Water park.

Air-Conditioning and Heating
Where stated air-conditioning is included and acts as a cooling and heating system on a timer (available for use between 14:00 - 16:00 and 20:00 - 08:00 hours).

Electric Cars
Please check in advance if you are bringing an electric car as not all properties have the electrical installation prepared to support this service. If available there is an extra charge, payable in advance on arrival: 100 € per week per car.

Security/Damage Deposits
Groups of guests under the age of 25 years may be asked to pay a security/damage deposit on arrival, refunded 14 days from departure after satisfactory inventory and damages inspection: 150 €/person.
