Finca Crisanto with a private pool is a welcoming one-storey villa that offers a picturesque setting with superb views of the mountains and a convenient location. Situated in the countryside in a peaceful area between the two resorts of Pollenca and Port de Pollenca means you can be in the heart of the old town or relaxing on a sandy beach within 10 minutes by car. The house sleeps 6 guests in 3 air-conditioned bedrooms, one master double with an en-suite shower room and two twin bedrooms that share a full family bathroom. A further shower room is housed in the exterior utility area with a washing machine. The living space is open plan with traditional features including wooden beam ceilings, tiled floors and whitewashed walls, from here doors open out to a covered terrace overlooking the pool. There are comfortable sofas, a fireplace, satellite TV, DVD player, Wi-Fi, a dining table for 6 made from local pine and a fully equipped kitchen which is well-fitted with modern appliances. Outside, the house is surrounded by mature pretty gardens with a private swimming pool equipped with sun loungers, a handy shower room and a fabulous covered terrace with an outdoor kitchen area, a brick-built barbecue and a dining table, perfect for al fresco dining. The property also has a roof/sun terrace with fabulous views over the countryside and towards the Tramuntana mountain range. Pollenca - Places of interest to visit include the Roman bridge, signposted ‘Pont Roma’, which is still in use and the Puig de Pollenca – a small mountain topped by a monastery.
Port de Pollenca - There is a range of water sports available including pedalos, kayaking, banana boats, parasailing and scuba diving. Boat trips are available sailing around the pretty bay or visiting the beautiful beach at Formentor.
Cala San Vicente - The crystal clear waters provide a great place for snorkelling and canoeing.
Pollenca Golf Course - An attractive 9-hole course with spectacular views of the mountains and the north coast, its beautiful setting and design make it an enjoyable course.
Puerto Alcudi - Water park.
