Finca Cézanne with a private pool is a beautifully restored Mallorcan farmhouse that offers an idyllic setting and a convenient location. Situated in the peaceful countryside just outside of Pollenca with amazing mountain views yet in less than a 10 minute drive you can be in the heart of the old town or relaxing on the sandy beach of Port de Pollenca. The house is full of charm and character with great attention to detail spent to retain so many original features, artefacts, interior stone walls and beamed ceilings to create a natural rustic ambience with all modern comforts. On the upper floor, you will find 3 air-conditioned bedrooms, one master double with an en-suite bathroom and two twin rooms that share a family bathroom. The ground floor consists of a spacious living/dining room with beamed ceilings and terracotta tiled floors, affording a cooling and relaxing summer ambience. There are comfortable sofas, a fireplace, satellite TV, DVD player and a dining table for 6. An inner stone archway leads through to a second seating area with a handy guest cloakroom, The kitchen is well-fitted with modern appliances and fully equipped and an exterior utility room houses the washing machine. Exit the house through the Oak studded doorway and you will not be disappointed, with ample sun terraces to enjoy pre-dinner drinks, a covered terrace with barbecue for grilled meals alfresco, a sparkling private swimming pool with Roman steps, relaxing furnished sun terraces for lazy days and all set amidst the colourful and oleander scented gardens with ancient carob and olive trees. Pollenca - Places of interest to visit include the Roman bridge, signposted ‘Pont Roma’, which is still in use and the Puig de Pollenca – a small mountain topped by a monastery.
Port de Pollenca - There is a range of water sports available including pedalos, kayaking, banana boats, parasailing and scuba diving. Boat trips are available sailing around the pretty bay or visiting the beautiful beach at Formentor.
Cala San Vicente - The crystal clear waters provide a great place for snorkelling and canoeing.
Pollenca Golf Course - An attractive 9-hole course with spectacular views of the mountains and the north coast, its beautiful setting and design make it an enjoyable course.
Puerto Alcudi - Water park.
