Casa Idoia is a rustic stone-built house with a private pool, fantastic outdoor spaces and a convenient location. Situated at the end of a driveway, surrounded by farmland between the two resorts of Pollenca and Port de Pollenca means you can be in the heart of the old town or relaxing on a sandy beach in just 10 minutes by car. The villa sleeps 6 guests in welcoming interiors, furnished in a traditional style using local fabrics, potteries and glassware. The living area and the 3 bedrooms feature air-conditioning and are set out in two defined areas across one level. It comprises, one double and two twin bedrooms, a full bathroom and a shower room, a compact but well equipped fitted kitchen and a nice large lounge dining area with satellite TV and a DVD player. Doors lead out to various terraces and a private pool set within pretty gardens surrounded by hedges that provide privacy for the guests. The large pool measures 50 m² and there is plenty of space around it for sunbathing on the loungers whilst a covered terrace provides shade for the hottest parts of the day. On the other side of the pool, there is a fabulous covered terrace with an outdoor kitchen area, built-in barbecue and dining table, perfect for meals al fresco. Casa Idoia is ideal for families seeking a relaxing summer holiday in a peaceful area whilst still having easy access to beaches, activities, restaurants and attractions.

Pollenca - Places of interest include the Roman bridge, signposted ‘Pont Roma’, which is still in use and the Puig de Pollenca – a small mountain topped by a monastery.
Port de Pollenca - There is a range of water sports available including pedalos, kayaking, banana boats, parasailing and scuba diving. Boat trips are available sailing around the pretty bay or visiting the beautiful beach at Formentor.
Cala San Vicente - The crystal clear waters provide a great place for snorkelling and canoeing.
Pollenca Golf Course - An attractive 9-hole course with spectacular views of the mountains and the north coast, its beautiful setting and design make it an enjoyable course.
Puerto Alcudi - Water park.
