Casa Arnau is a stylish townhouse with an enclosed courtyard, a small private pool and an alfresco dining area situated in the heart of old town Pollensa’s historic quarter and just a 5 minutes walk from the fantastic main square lined with pavement cafe bars, restaurants and shops. The house sleeps 6 guests and has been lovingly refurbished using only the best quality materials, fixtures and fittings. The interiors are fully air-conditioned and a delightful mix of the old character features beautifully blended with modern facilities and appliances. On entering the property, there is a spacious beamed hallway with a marble staircase to the 3 bedrooms on the upper floor, one double with an en-suite shower room and two twins that share a separate shower room. There is a further shower room on the ground floor along with a light and airy open-plan living space incorporating a fully equipped modern kitchen (ceramic hob, electric oven, integrated microwave, dishwasher, large fridge/freezer, etc) a lovely dining table for 6 and a comfortable corner seating area. From here, glass sliding doors open out to a private internal courtyard terrace, where you'll find sun loungers and a small plunge pool, perfect for cooling off after a day in the sun. The owners' attention to detail and dedication to the guest experience continues with a superb covered alfresco dining area, a brick-built barbecue, lounge seating by the pool and steps to a first-floor terrace with space for two loungers to take in the sunshine, overlooking the pool below and the rooftops of Pollensa beyond. Port de Pollenca - There is a range of water sports available including pedalos, kayaking, banana boats, parasailing and scuba diving. Boat trips are available sailing around the pretty bay or visiting the beautiful beach at Formentor.
Cala San Vicente - The crystal clear waters provide a great place for snorkelling and canoeing.
Pollenca Golf Course - An attractive 9-hole course with spectacular views of the mountains and the north coast.
Puerto Alcudi - Water park.

Casa Arnau is located in the heart of old town Pollenca, 450 meters (5 minutes walk) from the impressive main square which is famous for the Sunday markets. This ancient town with attractive narrow streets is a abundant with art galleries, first-class restaurants, tapas bars and cafes plus several historical places of interest. Port de Pollenca was once a simple fishing port, now it remains very attractive and one of the most popular resorts on the island. The picturesque town is full of Mallorcan charm and is home to long stretches of golden sand, a delightful promenade lined by pine and palm trees with a splendid array of cafes and restaurants and a chic marina. Cala San Vicente is a beautiful secluded resort village with a splendid beach and three small hidden bays enclosed by the imposing backdrop of the Tramuntana Mountains. These three bays provide fine sand and pebble beaches with crystal clear waters.
Pollenca and Port de Pollenca are connected by a bus line which makes up to 24 daily journeys during the summer season and 16 during the winter.
