Casa Emilia is situated peacefully in a pine wooded area and within easy access of both Pollensa and Alcudia. This quaint one storey villa has lovely countryside and mountain views and sleeps 4 people in 2 air-conditioned bedrooms (1 double /1 twin) with a shared bathroom. The open plan living space gives access out to a covered terrace and consists of a lounge and dining area with Wi-Fi, flat-screen satellite TV (English, Spanish), fireplace, a fully equipped, American style kitchen with a mezzanine level above, accessed via a spiral staircase with extra seating. Outside is a well developed and lovingly cared for garden and lawn, a private pool with sun loungers and a shady terrace (30 m²) with built-in barbecue, dining and lounge furniture. Casa Emila is a perfect choice for couples or small families seeking a secluded and private countryside retreat whilst still being ideally located close to amenities and beaches.

Casa Emilia is located in a quiet tranquil area with views across the pine groves and to the mountains whilst still being just 10 minutes drive to Pollensa and Alcudia. Pollensa is an ancient town of attractive narrow streets and an impressive main square, lined with cafés, restaurants and bars, it has several places of interest to visit including the Roman bridge, signposted ‘Pont Roma’, which is still in use and the Puig de Pollensa – a small mountain topped by a monastery. Just a few kilometres is Port de Pollensa once a simple fishing port, the town is now very attractive with a splendid array of cafes and restaurants and long swathes of sandy beaches lined by pine and palm trees. The town of Alcudia is a real treasure on the island, hiding behind medieval walls and the ancient Roman ruins and just a few kilometres from Alcudia on the coast, lies its fraternal city, Puerto de Alcudia.
A car is essential when booking this villa.

Beautifully garden and view. Lots of privacy. House has a nice veranda with a dining table, a lounge set and two rocking chairs. Attached to the veranda the living room and the kitchen. Very handy.
The swimming pool has a perfect size (10x5 meter) and nice located in the garden. Around the pool 4 beds. Nice!
The kitchen has lots of stuff. The house is air-conditioned.
The shower is in the bath and there is just one toilet and located in the bathroom.
Nicely en quietly located in the beautifull country-side near Polenca and Alcudia.
I miss a book in the house with recommendations.
