From the roof terrace, you can enjoy lovely views over the surrounding countryside and Tramuntana mountains. Pollensa Golf Course - An attractive 9-hole course with spectacular views of the mountains and the north coast, its beautiful setting and design make it an enjoyable course.

Can Xoti is situated in the tranquil C’an Xoti area in the beautiful countryside between Pollensa town and Port de Pollensa. From this convenient location, you have very easy and quick access to both resorts (10 minutes by car), a beautiful coastline, great beaches and a diversity of culture, shops and restaurants. This area is also ideal for exploring both on foot or by bicycle as there are several traditional lanes with little traffic. Pollensa is an ancient town with attractive narrow streets and an impressive main square, lined with cafés, restaurants and bars. The town has several places of interest to visit including the Roman bridge, signposted ‘Pont Roma’, which is still in use and the Puig de Pollensa – a small mountain topped by a monastery. Port de Pollensa once a simple fishing port, the town is now very attractive with a splendid array of cafes and restaurants and long swathes of sandy beaches lined by pine and palm trees with an excellent choice of water sports on offer. Cala San Vicente is a beautiful secluded resort village with a splendid beach and three small hidden bays enclosed by the imposing backdrop of the Tramuntana Mountains. These three bays provide fine sand and pebble beaches and crystal clear waters.
