Casa Celia is a delightful stone-built country house with a private pool and extensive gardens that sleeps 6 guests in 3 (air-conditioned) spacious bedrooms. The property offers a peaceful holiday haven with superb views as well as easy access to the picturesque town of Artà, the beautiful beaches of the northeast coast and a great choice of golf courses. Carefully renovated with high-quality traditional materials that have been mixed with modern features creates a Mediterranean ambiance both inside and out. Set over 2 floors, there is a comfortable lounge/dining room with a wood-burner fire and a separate fully equipped modern kitchen, both have doors out to the pretty terrace with dining furniture. A twin bedroom with patio doors to the garden and a family bathroom are also on the ground floor. Two further bedrooms, a double and a twin are on the upper floor, both have en-suite shower rooms and patio doors leading to a large terrace with fabulous views over the surrounding countryside. Outside continues to impress with a wide garden of well-kept lawn, mature trees, shrubs and flowers. A brick-built barbecue and a terrace with pergola that provides shade for alfresco dining plus a large private pool equipped with sun loungers. Casa Celia is a perfect choice for families/friends to relax and enjoy sun-filled holidays whilst exploring rural Mallorca and a coastline of beautiful beaches.

Electric Cars
Please check in advance if you are bringing an electric car as not all properties have the electrical installation prepared to support this service. If available there is an extra charge, payable in advance on arrival: 100 € per week per car.
Security/Damage Deposits
Groups of guests under the age of 25 years may be asked to pay a security/damage deposit on arrival, refunded 14 days from departure after satisfactory inventory and damages inspection: 150 €/person.

Casa Celia is located in the green unspoiled countryside of Artà, providing a peaceful haven amongst nature as well as easy access to the shopping facilities, restaurants and bars of Artà (10 minutes drive), fantastic sandy beaches and a choice of fabulous golf courses. Artà is a picturesque town tucked in a valley that's surrounded by the mountains of the Llevant Natural Park and some of the island's most beautiful rural plains. Visitors are drawn to this area for its historic landmarks, particularly the Bronze Age Talaiotic settlement of Ses Païsses, the Sanctuary of Sant Salvador with the ancient fortress walls that surround it, and the legendary Caves d'Arta. It's a great place to wander around with a mix of tree-lined avenues and small winding alleys, there are some artisan shops selling traditional ceramics and textiles and the best day to visit is on Tuesdays when the town comes to life with its local market. There is also a good selection of restaurants, generally traditional in style, serving local cuisine. Artà is relatively untouched by tourism and a great destination to discover the authentic rural Mallorca. The coast is approximately 15 minutes by car and the beaches in the resort of Cala Ratjada are popular due to their fine golden sand, crystal clear turquoise waters and a good selection of water sports including diving, water skiing, windsurfing and sailing. The harbour and surrounding area retain their' charm and in the summer, the restaurants, bars and other amenities create a hive of activity around the port and along the promenade stretching from Playa Son Moll to Cala Gat. The main beach is Son Moll, located to the south of the harbour and to the east is the smaller beach of Cala Gat. Other, quieter beaches can be found further north (30 minutes drive): Cala Agulla or Cala Mesquida, Cala Mitjana with an idyllic sandy beach at Cala Torta. The quiet holiday resort of Canyamel (10 minutes drive) has a small but perfectly formed 'Blue Flag' beach with golden sand and a scenic coastline that is home to the spectacular Caves d'Arta.
