Finca Belicia with a private pool is an authentic Mallorcan farmhouse located in the peaceful, rural area of Búger, halfway between the villages of Búger and Sa Pobla. The house is for 10 guests and has been lovingly restored to create a home that's full of traditional charm with all modern amenities including air-conditioning throughout. The interiors are spacious with feature stone floors, terracotta tiles, wooden beams and furnishings that reflect the real character of the property. On the ground floor, you will find an entrance hall, a dining area, a modern style fully equipped kitchen and a lovely lounge with satellite TV, DVD, free internet connection WiF and doors out to a rear courtyard. This floor has been extended to include 2 brand new double bedrooms both with en-suite shower rooms. Stairs lead up to 3 further bedrooms, there is a private room with a comfortable seating area, an en-suite shower room and a mezzanine with a double bed plus two twin bedrooms with an en suite bathroom each. The house is accessed via a country lane to an enclosed garden with a lovely cobblestone courtyard, a small lawn area and a child-friendly private pool as this can be gated on request. Terraces with wooden floors surround the pool and are furnished with loungers, perfect for lazy days under the sun and for lovers of meals alfresco there is a lovely covered terrace with an outdoor kitchen area, brick-built barbecue, dining and lounge furniture. Finca Belicia offers a peaceful retreat for relaxing holidays in a delightful farmhouse and is ideal for families who want to escape the main tourist areas and discover authentic rural Mallorca!

Búger - Local market held on Saturdays in the town centre.
Sa Pobla - Local market held on Sunday mornings.
Port de Pollensa/Platja d'Alcudia/Platja de Muro - A range of water sports available including pedalos, kayaking, banana boats, parasailing and scuba diving. Boat trips are available sailing around the bay or visiting the beautiful beach at Formentor.
Pollensa - There are several places of historical interest including "The Roman Bridge", signposted ‘Pont Roma’, and "Puig de Maria", a small mountain topped by a monastery.
Pollensa Golf Course - An attractive 9-hole course with spectacular views of the mountains and the north coast.
Puerto Alcudi - Water park.

Collected in cash on arrival.
Due to new regulations concerning recycling and waste management in the town of Buger, the deposit is taken to ensure that waste is removed from the premises by the guest. This amount will be refunded at the end of the stay, after a satisfactory inspection.
