Set over 2 floors and beautifully furnished as well as fully air-conditioned, the ground floor consists of a fully equipped separate kitchen with a kitchen island and table/chairs, a handy guest toilet and a truly huge living room with 2 comfortable seating areas, large picture windows and patio doors leading to a covered terrace, perfect for al-fresco dining and relaxing in the chillout area with sofas. The 3 bedrooms all have en-suite bathrooms and are on the upper floor, a double master bedroom with a walk-in wardrobe and two twins. (2 extra beds are available on request and free of charge). Outside the property is surrounded by magnificent gardens with orchards, olive and almond trees, there is a generously sized private swimming pool with sun loungers, ideal for soaking up the sunshine whilst admiring the beautiful countryside and mountain views. Pollensa - There are several places of historical interest including "The Roman Bridge", signposted ‘Pont Roma’, and "Puig de Maria", a small mountain topped by a monastery.
Platja d'Alcudia/Platja de Muro - There is a range of water sports available including pedalos, kayaking, banana boats, parasailing and scuba diving. Boat trips are available sailing around the pretty bay or visiting the beautiful beach at Formentor.
Cala San Vicente - The crystal clear waters provide a great place for snorkeling and canoeing.
Pollensa Golf Course - An attractive 9-hole course with spectacular views of the mountains and the north coast, its beautiful setting and design make it an enjoyable course.
Puerto Alcudi - Water park.

Air-Conditioning and Heating
Where stated air-conditioning is included and acts as a cooling and heating system on a timer (available for use between 14:00 - 16:00 and 20:00 - 08:00 hours).

Electric Cars
Please check in advance if you are bringing an electric car as not all properties have the electrical installation prepared to support this service. If available there is an extra charge, payable in advance on arrival: 100 € per week per car.

Security/Damage Deposits
Groups of guests under the age of 25 years may be asked to pay a security/damage deposit on arrival, refunded 14 days from departure after satisfactory inventory and damages inspection: 150 €/person.
