Casa Beatriz is a delightful 3-bedroom villa with a private plunge pool that is situated in the heart of the desirable resort of Cala San Vicente, just 800 metres from a selection of stunning beaches, waterside restaurants and shops. Recently refurbished to a high standard the property offers interiors that are elegant and stylish with Mediterranean decoration that's light, fresh and bright. There is parquet flooring throughout and air-conditioning is included in the lounge and all of the bedrooms. The main entrance opens into the living room with a feature fireplace, comfy sofas, satellite Plasma TV, DVD player, music system, complimentary Wi-Fi and double doors leading to the garden/pool. The open-plan, modern kitchen is perfectly equipped and has a central island workstation, electric hob, sink unit, electric oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and a dining area with doors to the garden terrace. A few steps lead up to the hallway where the are three bright and airy twin bedrooms, all have built-in wardrobes and two have glass doors to a shaded terrace. Two fully-fitted modern bathrooms with walk-in showers complete the interior of the house. The rear garden is fenced and private with an artificial grassed area, a pool with comfortable sun-loungers, a portable gas barbecue and a covered dining terrace for al fresco meals. Sports & Activities

Cala San Vicente - The crystal clear waters provide a great place for snorkelling and canoeing. There are several beautiful walks into the local hills and mountains and also an excellent base for cyclists.
Port de Pollensa - There is a range of water sports available including pedalos, kayaking, banana boats, parasailing and scuba diving. Boat trips are available sailing around the pretty bay or visiting the beautiful beach at Formentor.
Pollensa - The town has several places of interest to visit including the Roman bridge, signposted ‘Pont Roma' and the Puig de Pollensa – a small mountain topped by a monastery.
Pollensa Golf Course - An attractive 9-hole course with spectacular views of the mountains and the north coast, its beautiful setting and design make it an enjoyable course.
