Villa Martha is an ideal holiday home for those wishing to explore and experience a piece of Istria, with historical towns, seaside resorts, fantastic scenery and gastronomic delights all within easy reach. The property is fully modernised, air conditioned throughout and cleverly laid out so that each floor is self contained providing an opportunity for friends/families to spend holidays together but with an option for privacy at the same time. This six bedroom villa comfortably sleeps 12 people with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and an open plan living/dining area plus a fully equipped kitchen on each floor. Outside is an inviting private swimming pool with sun loungers and a large covered terrace with a summer kitchen, barbecue, lounge area and dining furniture for 12 persons, an ideal place for spending lazy days together whilst bathing in the sun or for enjoying evening meals together and sharing your adventures and discoveries of the fabulous surrounding areas.

In and the area of Rovinj there many opportunities for sports including scuba diving, sailing, snorkeling and cycling.

A catamaran day trip to Venice via Rovinj is also highly recommended.
