Lovely Newly Built Round Cottage with A/C and Private Pool and close to the Beach !
Leda Villa is a modern and newly built round cottage, equipped to the highest architectural and design standards located in the southern part of Istria in Valbandon and only 1000 meters to the nearest beach. The main house has an open plan fully equipped kitchen (3 gas ring, 1 electric), open fire place, dining and living area with SAT TV, DVD and shower room. On the lower floor is a spacious bedroom with a large round bed, fireplace and SAT TV. There is also a separate suite with an open plan fully equipped kitchen (4 gas ring, oven), dining and living area, with SAT TV, a sleeping couch for 2 persons and a shower room. Both areas of the villa have air conditioning and can accommodate 4 people. Outside is a private swimming pool, a covered terrace with barbecue/summer kitchen and dining furniture to enjoy your meals outdoors. There is parking available and for those that enjoy games there is a basket ball court and table tennis.

Leda villa is located in the southern part of Istria in Valbandon and just 1000 meters from the beach. It has a beautiful pebble beach with soft entrance to the sea which makes it suitable for families with kids and older people. Near the beach there are many beach bars, restaurants, sports courts and a sports harbour. The nearest summer resort is Fazana at only 2 km and the city of Pula, the economic and tourist centre of the region, which is famous for its archaeological sites from the Roman period and the Amphitheater, restaurants and shopping malls is only 8 km away.

The roundhouse is a perfect family holiday house. Fantastic outside space with a with summer kitchen, lovely pool, basketball court, table tennis table and a trampoline. Lots to keep active teenagers busy.. Beautifully restored house with a great attention to detail. We loved it and would definitely recommend it.
