Beautiful Traditional Dalmatian Stone Villa, Private Pool & Sea View, just 200 meters to the Beach!
Villa Janus is situated in the centre of the village of Povlja on Brac, near an early christian basilica. It is a traditional Dalmatian 3-storey stone house and has been renovated and furnished to a high standard. It offers sea views from the balcony and terraces and is just 200 meters from the beach. The villa has air conditioning, WiFi and accommodates 10 people in 5 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. All areas of the villa are spacious and light with an open plan fully equipped kitchen/dining area and a comfortable living area with glass doors and views to the pool. The main terrace/pool area has potted plants in vibrant colours and enhances the beauty of the natural stone. There is a pergola with dining furniture, a large stone built barbecue, sun chairs and modern chill out furniture. This villa is ideal for families or groups seeking a relaxing holiday in beautiful location.

Villa Janus is situated in the centre of the village of Povlja on Brac and just 200 meters from the beach. The village itself is located in a deep natural harbour surrounded by many other deep natural harbours and bays. There are a couple of restaurants with superb local cuisine. The village is famous for its crystal clear sea and is perfect for a family vacation due to the calmness of both water and atmosphere of a real Mediterranean village.

This is a fantastic property of the highest quality. Located in and amongst the town, it is the most peaceful place I have ever been on holiday.
Originally booked as a big family holiday, but due to Covid we ended up just going as a family of four. This property can easily accompany three to four families with a beautiful annex room off the vineyard garden. All rooms are spacious and beds are very comfortable. You want for nothing here. The swimming pool and BBQ seating area is just sublime..
The gem in this property was having the most fantastic host, Mario. We can not wait to return. Highly recommended. Best Holiday we have ever had!

A fantastic villa. Large well equipped bedrooms and living area. The outdoor dining area with a large wooden table and BBQ is excellent, especially for those families who enjoy buying and preparing Food as part of their holiday. We were a group of 10 adults. The host /owner “Mario” was probably the best host we have ever experienced, absolutely nothing was too much trouble to arrange. For example, sourcing food, ferrying the group to a nearby restaurant by boat. His contribution made the whole experience fantastic.
The village is very quiet and unspoiled; ideal for relaxing and groups to enjoy their time together and quiet unspoilt natural beauty.

Had a great week in this lovely villa, fantastic pool, super facilities, very responsive host. Povljia is a beautiful, quiet village, with a couple of beaches, and a handful of options for eating.
