Chalet Prestige L'Atelier with a sauna and a hot tub is located in the heart of Les Duex Alpes just a few minutes walk to the shops, restaurants and ski lifts. This old carpentry workshop covering 260m² has been beautifully converted into a charming, authentic chalet sleeping up to 14 people. Tastefully decorated with a contemporary touch, including a steel and glass walkway that overlooks the first floor giving a 360° view of the living area below. The chalet is distributed over 3 floors with a garage which can be used for bicycle storage, a ski room with boot dryers and a utility area on the ground level. On the first level, there are 4 bedrooms each with a private bathroom, a cosy lounge, fireplace, dining area and an open fully equipped kitchen with breakfast bar. The attic space above is ideal for younger members of the group and houses a further bathroom and sleeping arrangements for 6 people (1 double, 1 bunk bed, 1 raised bed, 1 pull-out bed). The chalet also benefits from a sauna and a hot tub. perfect for relaxation after a day of activities on the mountains!

• Security Deposit : €1500 / chalet (collected at resort by credit card, cash)
Deposit returned after inventory carried out on the day of departure or sent by post. In the event of damages, part of the deposit will be retained. The chalet must be left perfectly clean or a cleaning fee will be invoiced.
• Tourist Tax (to be paid on arrival)
€2.45 per person/per day (price indication only) amount dependent on local laws and valid for all guests from 12 years old.

Check-in & Check-out : For Saturday arrivals from 4pm and Saturday departures by 10am.
