The house features:
A fully equipped kitchen, open to the living room and with a pantry.
Living / dining room with air conditioning, television and stove.
Main bedroom with double bed (150x200) and en suite shower room. Air conditioning in the bathroom.
Bedroom with two trundle beds, independent access and air conditioning.
Bedroom with single bed (90x180).
Bathroom with shower.
The single room is connected to the room which has 2 trundle beds and these two rooms share the bathroom with shower.

Air conditioning in the living room and some bedrooms.

Exterior

Large exterior with a 5x6m swimming pool, sunbeds, outdoor dining area, portable barbecue, relax area and beautiful Mediterranean gardens for a pleasant walk, 5000 m2 plot.

Capacity for 5 people, with possibility of maximum 7 on request. Please ask for prices.

A second package including a cot and high chair is available on request for a fixed price of 50 €/booking.

Eco-Tax = 2.20 € / Adult / Day (Children free up to 16 years)
Collected in cash on arrival

Security deposit: 1000 € / credit card hold (pre-authorisation), credit card number as guarantee or in cash, to be paid on site.

Check in schedule from 15.00 to 19.30

Arrival out of schedule:
from 19.30 to 22.00 = 60 € / booking to be paid upon arrival.
from 22.00 onwards = 100 € / booking to be paid upon arrival.

Please note that for stays shorter than 7 nights a supplement will apply on top of the advertised price and we will confirm the final price to you before you make your booking.
