Beautiful house of 130m2 which sits on a 5000m2 plot of beautiful gardens and is walking distance to the town of San Carlos, where there are restaurants, shops and bars. Also very close is the famous flea market of the Dahlias and within short distance you can enjoy the wonderful beaches of the north like Aguas Blancas.

This typical Ibiza style house has a single floor with different heights and has been renovated in a traditional fashion with tiled floors, beamed ceilings white washed walls and exposed stone an ideal villa to relax and enjoy your holidays.

A fully equipped kitchen, open to the living room and with a pantry.
Living / dining room with air conditioning, television and stove.
Main bedroom with double bed (150x200) and en suite shower room. Air conditioning in the bathroom.
Bedroom with two trundle beds, independent access and air conditioning.
Bedroom with single bed (90x180).
Bathroom with shower.
The single room is connected to the room which has 2 trundle beds and these two rooms share the bathroom with shower.

Air conditioning in the living room and some bedrooms.

Exterior

Large exterior with a 5x6m swimming pool, sunbeds, outdoor dining area, portable barbecue, relax area and beautiful Mediterranean gardens for a pleasant walk, 5000 m2 plot.

Arrival out of schedule:
from 19.30 to 22.00 = 60 € / booking to be paid upon arrival.
from 22.00 onwards = 100 € / booking to be paid upon arrival.
