Main house: Living room with fireplace and panoramic view of the south coast and the island of Formentera. With TV and DVD (International and French channels) and access to a covered terrace with living and dining place. Kitchen open to dining and living room, well equipped with fridge, dishwasher, oven and gas hobs, Nespresso coffee machine, water boiler. Washroom with washing machine, iron and table for ironing. 1 double bedroom with twin beds, (possible to make a double bed or a twin on request), 1 double bedroom with double bed. 1 bathroom with bath. Outdoor Bedrooms on the ground floor, access through the terraces: 2 connecting rooms with double beds and shower in each. Both bedrooms can be connected by a door separating it, or just close it, and access through the terrace.

Security deposit: 1500 € / credit card hold (pre-authorisation), credit card number as guarantee or in cash, to be paid on site.

Arrival out of schedule:
from 19.30 to 22.00 = 60 € / booking to be paid upon arrival.
from 22.00 onwards = 100 € / booking to be paid upon arrival.

Please note that for stays shorter than 7 nights a supplement will apply on top of the advertised price and we will confirm the final price to you before you make your booking.
