This luxurious villa offers panoramic views of the Adriatic Sea, contemporary living spaces and a complete level (ground floor) dedicated to well-being and leisure with an indoor Jacuzzi/hot tub, sauna, gym and outdoor infinity pool, al fresco dining and barbecue area. The fully air conditioned interiors include 5 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, 1 cloakroom (w/c), recreational and living spaces of 490 m² distributed over the 4 floors. The first floor includes a spacious living room with a special area for coffee lovers, a bar with an espresso machine and a modern, fully equipped kitchen with a dining table seating 10. The floor-to-ceiling sliding glass walls allow you to enjoy indoor or outdoor living as here you will find another terrace with an al fresco dining table and fabulous views. A staircase leads up to a gallery landing on the second floor with a seating area, large glass doors and terrace. There are 3 bedrooms on this level all with king-size beds and en-suite bathrooms with showers, one also benefits from a private terrace.
