Villa Ziva is a newly built luxurious holiday home located in the tranquil village of Kanica, just 400 m from a pebble beach in the picturesque area of Rogoznica. This luxurious villa for 8 guests offers stylish interiors, a private pool and a roof terrace with a sauna, Jacuzzi hot tub, shower and panoramic views of the Adriatic Sea. Distributed over 2 floors, it is air conditioned throughout and comprises; 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 1 cloakroom, a large lounge and a kitchen. All bedrooms have sea views and are furnished with a king size bed, LCD TV's, the bathrooms (one en-suite) have walk-in showers and modern fittings. From the fully equipped kitchen and lounge, glass sliding doors open out to the decked terrace and garden. The property sits on a fully enclosed plot providing complete privacy to relax and enjoy the outdoor facilities provided. The large decked terrace includes a private swimming pool with Jacuzzi section, poolside shower, sun loungers, covered seating area, al fresco dining table and a summer kitchen with barbecue. There are 2 further terraces, a furnished first floor terrace with external stairs leading to the roof terrace with a sauna and a Jacuzzi. A perfect spot to lose yourself in the uninterrupted views and sunsets over the sea!

The location of Villa Ziva is ideal for a relaxing holiday in a pretty seaside village while it's close proximity to Rogozniva gives you 54 km of coastline with azure waters, pebble, concrete and natural rocky beaches to explore as well a rich cultural heritage.
