Distributed over two levels the property enjoys sea views, use of a communal swimming pool (with a separate pool for children) and accommodates 4/5 guests in fully air conditioned and stylish interiors inspired by the Aegean blue of Crete. On the lower level there is one bedroom with two single beds, a en-suite bathroom with shower and an open-plan living space featuring a large kitchen area with all the necessary electric appliances and a living room with three-seated sofa (could be used to accommodate one person), armchair, fireplace and a large satellite TV (Netflix). This level gives you access to a lovely balcony overlooking the pool area which is equipped with a table and two chairs. On the upper level there is the master bedroom with a large double bed, a bathroom with shower and access to a beautiful terrace with amazing views to the sea, village and pool. The terrace is equipped with a large dinning table with chairs and a wooden pergola offering relaxing moments under the Cretan sky.
