On the first floor, there is a spacious open plan lounge, dining table and a kitchen (fully equipped with dishwasher, washing machine, oven, fridge/freezer, etc) opening straight out to a lovely balcony. The double sofa bed in the lounge can easily accommodate 2 extra guests and there is also a handy shower room on this level. Stairs lead up to the upper floor where there are 2 double bedrooms (one with a balcony) and a second shower room.
