Villa Kommeno Corfu is located in the desirable peninsular of Kommeno just a ten-minute walk to the beach. A newly constructed three-level villa with an elevator offering an abundance of facilities including outdoor and indoor swimming pools, a full-size tennis court, Jacuzzi (hot tub), a gym and a pool table. Inside, is extremely spacious, contemporary and stylish, it's fully air-conditioned, free WiFi is available throughout (including the pool area) and there are five bedrooms to comfortably accommodate 10 guests. The impressive indoor swimming pool and gym dominate the majority of the ground floor whilst there is still plenty of space for two twin bedrooms with en-suite shower rooms. Taking either the stairs or the elevator to the pool level you will find the heart of the villa, a huge open-plan living area with an impressive kitchen with a kitchen island, a TV lounge with satellite service, a dining area and even a pool table. On this level, there is also a bedroom with patio doors to the pool area, a super-king bed and an en-suite shower room. The top floor includes a large master suite with a private terrace, dressing room and en-suite shower room plus a fifth bedroom with a king-size bed and en-suite shower room. From this level, there are super views over the North East coast and Kommeno Bay. Outside, you will find a private tennis court, a second private pool, a Jacuzzi (hot tub, a sun deck with loungers, umbrellas, side tables, a Bali bed and a further chillout space with wicker furniture. There are also shaded dining areas around the villa and a barbecue to enjoy meals al fresco. This impressive property has a lot to offer with an array of facilities and a privileged location that gives you easy access to the island's historical capital 'Corfu Town', traditional Greek villages and fantastic beaches.
