Villa Claire is an idyllic countryside retreat set on a 10,000 m² plot of beautifully landscaped grounds with a private pool, stunning views and a convenient location just a 5-minute drive to the traditional Greek village of Gastouri and the picturesque coastal resort of Benitses. This impressive property sleeps a total of 9 guests, offering accommodation in the main building for six people and for larger groups, the guest house can be made available for three extra people. Assuring your privacy at all times, the guest house is not rented independently and is closed when booked at the smaller group rate. Set over multiple levels, the main villa boasts an exceptionally spacious layout that combines natural materials of wood and stone with elegant furnishings and modern amenities throughout. It comprises; a large entrance hall, a contemporary open-plan living area, a fully equipped kitchen with steps up to a mezzanine level dining room and a bedroom with en-suite bathroom. There is also a large family bathroom with a corner bath on the ground level. A further two bedrooms (one with an en-suite bathroom) are on the upper floor, each has its' own staircase and a private balcony with far-reaching views over the countryside. The guesthouse provides a fourth bedroom and is ideal for guests who prefer a more private space, a self-contained studio with direct access to the lower garden. Villa Claire sits on a completely fenced plot of olive groves, fruit trees, oaks, cypresses, lush Mediterranean vegetation, lawn gardens, and meandering stone-paved walks. The gardens and outdoor areas are exquisite and immaculately maintained with love, care and attention. For your leisure, a private swimming pool with a built-in whirlpool spa, outdoor shower, sun loungers, parasols, hammocks and a gazebo with comfortable seating is all provided and a recently constructed barbecue area provides an ideal spot to cook delicious meals and dine al fresco with family or friends.
